Canary Wharf. Once again London’s best property investment.

Canary Wharf is booming. Rental rates are up 12% and capital appreciation is forecast at over 30% in the next 5 years.  The demand is great, but new build waterside apartment stock is severely limited. 

Baltimore is located adjacent to the financial centre with City Airport close at hand.  There’s a waiting list of tenants. And it’s soon to be home to the largest gym of any private residence in London.
